The Fitness Assessment includes: Body-Fat Testing, Measurements, Flexibility Testing, Cardiovascular Testing, and just as important, time to ask the questions you need answers to.

Nutritional Counseling

Exercise and Nutrition go hand-in-hand. What we eat is just as important as how often we exercise.

We’ll help you make the right food choices to better affect your health, and to help you attain your personal goals that much sooner.

Personal Training

1/2 Hour Sessions-recommended for beginners, or those with a very high activity level.

45 Minute Sessions-Recommended for the intermediate or advanced person.

Training at Home-If training in our gym is not convenient, we will Personal Train you in your home.
