SATURDAY MORNING BOOT CAMPS !
  9:00-10am

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get fit or stay fit, this boot camp is for you! Join us Saturday mornings, where you’re guaranteed to be pushed to your personal limit so you get results!
Beginners and athletes are welcome! Get in shape and have fun while doing it! Classes are being taught by Donna Blount, a certified Personal Trainer. Please bring a towel/mat a water bottle and the desire to face the challenge!
